 With Nate home yesterday, we got a bit more ambitious for dinner.

This time turned out better than the first time we tried my birthday-gift pasta maker.
I think the success was in letting both the sheets and the noodles sit out to dry for a few minutes before doing the next step.  They didn't get as sticky that way.
With some Swedish Meatballs and some sauted veggies, we all had some happy tummies. :)
