Harvesting with Grandpa and a Girl Weekend

Ezra was pleading to be brought to Grandpa's house to help him with with harvest.  So we made it happen.  With a meeting in Frankfort, and a swap of Ezra for Addy, we made some great memories.
I think the packed lunch in the tractor, complete with notes from Grandma, was a favorite of Ez's.  Also finishing Grandpa's pie for him.
Along with pulling the levers in the tractor.  He was also able to visit his great-great-uncle Ezra, who has pictures little Ezra all around his room. :)  There was also garden work, time with his cousin Dean, and ending the day with the K-State game with Grandpa.  I believe Ezra fell asleep in his lap before the game ended.
Meanwhile, we girls had a great time selecting fudge to bring home to Manhattan, visiting Wildflour Bakery in Frankfort,
 hitting the Farmer's Market,
lots of playtime, and eventually meeting back up in Frankfort, where we happened upon a Fall Festival.  A lot of memories packed into two days!
