The older girls (and their friends and friends' moms) road tripped to Carmen's parents' cabin, where we stayed for a few days and attempted to hike a 14-er.
We were sad that Hannah was sick and not able to join us on the Mt. Elbert hike. Many people, including Mal and Jo, made it to the top! I was happy to make it above the tree line, to the base of the first false summit. :)
Nate and the younger two, along with Babu and Gogo, went to a Royals game while we were away. Much to their surprise, was a David Crowder concert after the game!
